Sunday Candy on Sunday! That's my jam :D Love how intentional and devout you always are to your craft and your words. Also did you just say "prussian blue"? I'd love to paint my accordion that color! It will look so dope.

"And I wonder how responsible you are for this version of me others see" -- imma gonna think about it for a while...

Surrendering will set you free! That's powerful. I know you lean into Devotion, and with that I surrender to it.

A less profound business quote that came to mind was "Routine will set you free". But there's something very interesting in apparently contradictory concepts that yield an unexpected result, and you distill it beautifully in that section.

How generous is that person from the other section! Sounds like pure, undistilled love, in a general sense. Also "leave people better than you found them", that's something you definitely embody. And will try remember in my interactions.

Last but not least, haven't listened to the playlist, but saw Little Motel there... damn, one of my favorite songs from them, and for some reason it fell under my radar for a few years, I'm surrendering to it soon!

I’m really loving all the careful details you put into the visuals here. Like the strips of text that are not fully cut through/slightly ripped. And the lovely papery texture of the soft black background. Even the non-crisp text with the noise bumped up to 1000%. ~ so soft.

And the fuchsia+teal header. So feminine and rejuvinating.

Why Prussian blue? Of all the blues? I haven’t painted with it yet. Ultramarine is my TRIED AND TRUE BLUE 💙

I’m really resonating with patience is an act of devotion, and vice versa. Surrendering into the present and the unknown of making things, and then trusting something will come out, is truly a super power. I think it is freeing. Only we can make these unique, unpredictable things. They are ours forever and we are in control of birthing these things into existence.

I love your poetry. And this one about secrets feels so heavy. I’m amazed at how you can evoke such a strong, heavy feeling from such a tiny amount of intentional words.

“I collapsed into your arms…” While reading this poem, sweet and tender thankfulness is coming up, for me, for those who have given nothing but unconditional love and support throughout my life. This feels nice.
